Running is a way of life that has led Tristram Thomas to become an active volunteer with Back on My Feet (BoMF), an organization dedicated to combatting homelessness through the power of running, community support, and essential employment and housing resources.

Since joining the organization in 2014, Tristram has continually taken on more responsibility including serving as a member of the Young Professional’s Board and recruiting his colleagues raise over $11,000 for the 2017 Sneaks Come Out at Night 15k race. As someone whose own life has been shaped by running and the running community, Tristram is dedicated to supporting BoMF clients on 5:30 a.m. runs, seeing the familiar spark and spring in their step as they build confidence, stabilize their lives, and are embraced by fellow runners.
