Joseph Jackson has supported the Chicagoland Autism Connection, an autism support group, for over a decade. While his initial engagement was born from a personal need for support, Joe continues his service based on a personal motivation to increase autism awareness and improve the quality of life of children and adults with autism.
Since 2008, Joe has held multiple roles to promote awareness of the organization’s resources, plan community events, and engage others in volunteer efforts for the group. Most notably, in 2017, Joe served on the organization’s Board of Directors as Treasurer.
The Chicagoland Autism Connections says, “The fact that Joe gives his time selflessly, helps us to continue to serve the 500 plus families we reach annually.”
