How they are multiplying good: Alan Epstein, creator and photographer of What Was Breakfast Instagram has been spreading joy, love and breakfast love to Chicago! He takes beautiful portraits as he asks you what you had for breakfast. What Was Breakfast has been featured in the Chicago Tribune and other news outlets. Alan has created 2 initiatives to support essential workers by sending Dough Note and doughnuts from Do-Rite Donuts and Chicken. They were able to send over 8 dozen donuts and words of encouragement to nurses and doctors St Bernard Hospital. He has raised money with a collaboration with Save Money Save Life Foundation and Know Your Right for The Breakfast Burrito Benefit with businesses Lost Lake and Four-Letter Word Coffee. That event raised about 2K to support programming through arts media evoking change and educational workshops empowering those to know their basic rights.
